Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after your delivery date to request a return.
At BLUEXRAIN, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please review our return policy below for physical products:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that our return policy does not cover return shipping costs. If you wish to return an item, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning your item and a restocking fee that is associated with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please keep the original packaging and any documentation that came with your order to facilitate the return process.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

Once an order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your package arrives with damage, please file a claim with the shipping carrier, as they are responsible for handling parcels during transit.
At this time, we are unable to offer exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
